Covid 19 Level 1 Update Eastmed Doctors

We are in level 1 with no community cases. 

When you ring for an appointment the following questions will be asked by our front line staff:

Are you suffering from the following:

1. Cough
2. Fever
3. Shortness of breath
4. Sore throat
5. Runny nose
6. Temporary loss of smell

If you answer “NO” to the questions, you can wait in waiting room and 1 metre social distancing applies.

If you answer “YES” to any of these symptoms car protocol is activated.  “Wait in car and ring reception with carpark number”.

Masks or a face covering for patients is ‘preferred’ .
