Health365 – Patient Portal Issues

Eastmed Doctors has changed their IT provider in the weekend of 17 and 18. There are some connection issues with Health 365 to our practice management system. You may have booked an appointment on Health 365, but in some cases it has failed to show up on our system. This has caused some confusion which we apologize for.

The engineers are working on it. If you book an appointment through H365, please ring the clinic on 09 585 0188 to confirm or send an email to reception@eastmed.co.nz
